Safety and reporting
If something feels wrong
You can leave a room at any time. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For a concern about activity in I Like To Sketch, email hello@joshsmith.marketing.
Room rules
- Keep usernames, chat and drawings respectful. No strong swearing, hateful abuse, threats or sexual content.
- Do not harass anyone, impersonate another person, or ask for private contact details.
- Use a username rather than your full real name. Never post your address, school, phone number or passwords.
What to include
Please include the room code if you have it, the approximate date and time with time zone, the name shown in the room, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, room passes, session cookies, full payment details, or more personal information than is needed to explain the concern.
While you are playing
You can mute another player’s chat for yourself or leave the room. Automated text filtering cannot catch every problem. Do not share contact details or other private information in a public room.
Sending a report
Josh Smith handles reports sent to this address. The email link opens your email app; review and send your message there. There is no guaranteed response time, so please do not use this inbox for emergencies.
Questions or complaints about a decision
Use the same email address if you think a safety concern or moderation decision has been handled incorrectly. Include the date and room code, explain what you would like reviewed, and keep personal information to a minimum.
Privacy
For information about game data, cookies and privacy requests, read the Privacy notice. Parents and guardians can use the same email address for current information before a younger player uses the service.
