Gartic Phone or a classic draw-and-guess game?

These games share drawing and laughter, but the rounds work differently. Gartic Phone passes sentences and pictures between players before a reveal. I Like To Sketch has one live artist at a time while the room guesses the word. It is not a Gartic Phone clone.

What happens during a turn?

In Gartic Phone, someone writes a sentence, another person draws it, and the next player describes the picture. The reveal shows how the idea travelled. In I Like To Sketch, the artist sees a secret word, draws clues as the others type guesses, and points go to correct answers. Everyone follows the same drawing as it develops.

Pick the kind of fun you want

Choose Gartic Phone when your group wants surprising chains and a final reveal. Choose I Like To Sketch when you want the tension of solving a live sketch, scoring points and taking turns with the pen. Its public rooms also let you join other players when you have not arranged a group.

Give it a go

It is free to play in your browser, with no account or download. Choose a name and join a public room, or make a private room for your group. One player draws a secret word while the others type guesses. The pen passes around and the room keeps score. You can read the rules and scoring guide before playing.

I Like To Sketch is an independent game and is not affiliated with Gartic Phone or its makers.
